This aesthetically pleasing home located at Waterfront Parade, Idalia expresses masonry block to its full potential of great design solutions. The use of masonry combined with timber post and skillion roof offers this house unique street appeal with innovation to its design.

The external walls are all constructed with masonry block and provide the house with excellent strength values. What makes this house different to the rest is the extended use of masonry used for the parapet walls to the garage and patio areas. This product is also used on the side ranking walls to follow the gable end of the scallion roof design. The continuation of masonry is also incorporated in the courtyard fence. There are cut outs throughout and garden beds incorporated within the fence which reduce the the bulk look of masonry. The extended use of masonry was chosen for its grand looking features offering innovated design solutions. Thus provides harmony and stylish feel to the environment within its location overlooking the lake at Fairfield Waters.

The design is very practical, low maintenance and has a degree of innovated design which suits the environment. The workmanship is a credit to the parties involved in producing the design into reality.
